Ashlea is a registered Osteopath, with a background in Remedial massage therapy and personal training. 

She has crafted her own treatment style, focusing on a holistic approach that is customized for each individual patient. The goal is to identify the root cause of the issue, specifically targeting musculoskeletal pain, dysfunction, injury, and rehabilitation, while also soothing the body’s systems.

Her treatment combines assessment with various osteopathic techniques, including HVLA, remedial massage, dry needling, myofascial cupping, Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Trigger Point Therapy, articulation, active release techniques, and rehabilitation programs. This multifaceted approach aims to alleviate pain, enhance range of motion, and promote healing and overall wellbeing.
